let’s reverse homelessness.

In 1992 Dorothy Day House was born out of a dedicated group of volunteers using their own kitchens to cook breakfast for people living in People’s Park in Berkeley. Your donations of money and time have enabled us to continue to be of service to our unhoused neighbors. Now, 30+ years later, we are offering shelter, resources - and meals - to people in need today.

Help by donating today. Together, we can do it!
